Have you contacted EFL-law?

See what they say about it.

I know there are lots of schools out there that make you sign contracts stipulating teaching time (classroom hours), I am not sure what your original contract says, but it does sound a bit fishy to me.

If you only have 3.5 months left, it might be worth sticking it out, you'll have to decide.

They should be paying overtime for anything over 6 - 50 min. classes a day, 5 days a week, but that is dependant on what your original contract says.

That is why you should always make the contract specific with regard to the number of classes per day. (no more than 6 - 50 min)

If the contract just says total hours per day or per week or per month, then you can't really do anything about it.

I hope this helps, at least a little. Confused

Good Luck

I have contacted ESL-law and basically I can demand a letter of release leave my contract and move on.

Considering I have invested more than 8 months of time and effort here I dont want to give up the bonus+pension+last months cheque.

I am just tired of the mickey mouse crap, other than walking out there is not much option.
