I'm thinking about taking a job at ECC in Junggwan.

The recruiter is telling me that the school is in Busan. True or false?
(I tried to find Junggwan on a map but haven't really found anything definitive...)

Also, ECC is a good school. True or false?

any advice would be so helpful right now.

Jungwan is technically in Busan. It's about a 50 minute bus ride from Haeundae and about the same from PNU. It looks closer to PNU on the map but I think there are more frequent buses to Haeundae.

i am sure you have already made whatever decision you were trying to make at that time, but just in case not: no, ECC is not a good school. it's a chain, and like all the chains, dependent on management as far as quality of life goes. given this-- some of the worst stories i have ever heard re: treatment of FT's have been about ECC schools.
