Here's a site I just found with songs, worksheets and videos. Seems like it could be pretty useful:

Here's a radical idea. Try the "Job Related Forum". Sorry if this concept is too much for you. Man, you'd think you'd know, seeing you've been posting here since 2004. Wow.

C'mon dude, really? Bad week?

OP I'd also suggest songs from Glee. Yeah, I know a bit cheesy but this will be good for middle schoolers. Plus you can use the videos from youtube.

I am going to use "I believe I can fly"

FDNY - I hope u never have any questions.
I am not a moron, I have searched. I just thought perhaps that some one who did not post had an idea.

This is only a place to ask and answer questions.

Anyone who has anything bad to say to anyone should not post on here. i know people love to fight, but why? We only ask/answer questions to help eachother.

Thanks all who answered.

I use Karafuns on EFL classroom ning. Some of my favorited are
"I'm not afraid" by Emenem most trouble makers love this song.
Westlife My Love play the youtube video the girls go nutts then go into Karafuns and do the Karaoke version do a gap fill and double check later
Westlife I have a dream. I show the Martin Luther kind video on youtube before.
I don't care by 2NE1 students listen in Korean and read translation on the video Karaoke style. I freeze frame the video and have them do choral repetition.

It's a little early to be playing pop songs. What will you do when your kiddies are getting really restless and you've already played your highest pocker hand.

i just used justin bieber ''never say never'' with 7th grade. i used it to teach adverbs of frequency and did a gap fill. there's a lot of easy words and i was impressed with how much they got it.
there's a fast part where jaden raps but i just didnt' give them many gaps for that part.

...How bout a game of "pocker"? Razz

Good call on the western pop culture. Do you have a laptop, perhaps you could play the video off of that...full screen it!
