Hey everyone,
I am currently going through an agency English&Korea and they have asked my expectation in salary for a job in Goyang.
I have a weekend TEFL and 3 years experience in Spain and the UK. What should i be expecting as I dont the area and the cost of living.
Can anybody help?!!? |

hi there
from the research that i have done the salary ranges from 1.8 million won to about 2.8 million won depending on your qualifications. EPIK works on a pay scale ranging from level 1 to level 3 which include the above amounts. If you are placed in a city then you can expect a slightly lower salary (between 1.8 million and 2.2 million is my estimate).

Thanks for that. I thought it would be higher for city living!!
Anyway said in the region of 2.3, so just waiting for the answer!! it did say on the advert 2.1 - 2.3!! |

| The EPIK scale goes in reverse: lowest pay grade is 3, next higher grade is 2, then 1, and finally 1+ at the high end. |
