| Lacking a pump, can you just visit any gas station and refill the air in the tires yourself (for free)? Or is it more difficult than that? |

Usually free (I have never paid to pump a bike or car tire) but the compressor and hose are INSIDE the service bay so you have to ask to get them filled.
Sometimes they have an air station out back but NOT often.
