I just bought a new macbook pro so it's time to get rid of my old macbook. Bittersweet.
It is in perfect working condition, bought in 2007 and has been great ever since. I spilled a little coke on the keyboard last year so I took it to the apple repair store in Korea and they put in a brand new keyboard! No Hangul however. The mouse trackpad has a little wear on it (of course). There is an extremely thin slice of plastic missing from the two corners, about two inches long....don't know how it happened because it has never been dropped, but actually it looks fine and almost like it was designed that way, lol. You would never even notice it. Will post photo of that if you want. No scratches on the screen or body at all.
Comes with Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, and Entourage) already installed. Will reboot to factory settings so you will have it like brand new. Comes with manual, startup CDs, and two power cords (USA connection, but I will throw in a converter for you). Glossy display screen.
Check out all the specs at http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/macbook/stats/macbook-core-2-duo-2.0-black-13-specs.html
And from the macbook itself:
Model Name: MacBook
Model Identifier: MacBook2,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache (per processor): 4 MB
Memory: 2 GB
Bus Speed: 667 MHz
Boot ROM Version: MB21.00A5.B07
SMC Version: 1.13f3
I wasn't sure how much to ask for this...so I did a lot of searching on craigslist and people are selling the same model used for $400+....have found no pricing for under $400. So 400,000 won is my asking price. I am in no hurry to sell it so please don't waste your time with low-ball offers.
I'm in east Seoul near Olympic Park (line 5). Can meet you during the week before 3pm, or on weekends if you'd like to take a look at it. Will also ship within Korea for free. |

Regarding the missing plastic--this is a common wear and tear issue on macbooks, and is a known problem by Apple. Take it in and they'll replace the top part for you for free--I've had mine done twice. More common on the white ones than the black ones. |
