Basically 1ghz dual core processor. 512 ram. Thinner than an iPhone 4.

I'm using one now and it feels significantly faster than the iPad 1.

Also front and rear cam makes it perfect for skype and FaceTime with the family back home.

I would also be willing to send along a smart cover at cost.

The iPad 2 is currently sold out in the states with a 3-4 week delay. I don't believe Korea was on the international list of countries expected to receive these at the end of the month from apple.

The iPad 32G wifi is US$599 suggested retail -- wait time is 4-5 weeks in US currently. It will be available in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and Japan (if it is still there) on March 25th. No date yet for Korea ("future months" says Apple).

Retail price is $599 + sales tax. Considering the time I spent in line and the 4-5 week wait this is not a bad price. I have sold a couple in hong kong already at a higher price but wanted to give my fellow ESLers an opportunity to get the iPad 2.

I have had several people express interest and just want to remind you that it is first come first serve. Payment via paypal and $50 express shipping.

do you think there will be any issues with customs if you mail it?

Not that it is likely to concern anyone much, but I think the vendor would either have to pay the customs charge when bringing the item in, or smuggle it (say he has nothing to declare or pretend it is for personal use). If I recall, items brought in for personal use can't legally be sold -- or so I was informed when I first arrive here long ago.

Like I said, however, this is a country of people not laws.

I asked a guy in an apple store in Seoul the other day and he said the iPad 2 is coming to Korea in April. Not long to wait...
