Any word on Kwangmyung (Gwangmyeong) Avalon Academy?

I may be offered a job there but so far have heard nothing specific about that one location. I know there's been a lot of negative feedback on Avalon in general but I'm curious if this is any different. I'm interested and would like to go if it is. Any information based on direct experience or through the grapevine would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi there, I am wondering if you took this job. If so, how is it? I recently had an interview with this school and am wondering what to do. I have read the same threads about Avalon and am really torn. Thanks!

I know someone who worked there. Apparently it is a franchise school, not run by the company. The one positive I heard was that they always pay on time. Other than that, there were the usual bad school problems with pension, medical coverage, scheduling, etc. They made the teachers teach six classes straight with no break, etc.
