I'll have 40 million by September and I am looking for a place to pay jeonse. Can anyone help me out? |

That's probably not enough. Jeonse has really risen in the last few years.
A one bedroom apartment in the station before Suwon ran around 80 million won for jeonse. You might be able to find a studio for around 60 million won. |

I've seen fliers all over Suwon Station for a 40 mill jeonse apartment fully furnished with a 42" xcanvas, fridge, table and bed.
My officetel offers jeonse for 40 million and I live directly across from Suwon Station.
I haven't even searched yet, these are just places that came to me, so I do not think your information is correct.
I don't want to pay exorbitant officetel fees however and I want to find a new place. |
