I have tried to do some research on this company and I have found some information, but has anybody got any first hand experience with them??

Any information would be great thanks!

They usually pay on time but expect a split shift.

Only for teaching adults. The kids hakwon I think it's all together from what I've heard.

Depends on the type of YBM institution you're at. I'm actually working in a YBM-run english department that's in a privately funded elementary school and absolutely love it. The teaching hours are low, the pays good, lesson planning is a minimum. I'm here with 6 other NETs, and they all like it too. Even though I was hired by YBM and work for YBM, I'm basically in a public school setup. However, if you're looking at a YBM that has more of a hagwon setup, then I'd stear clear. I've heard pretty bad things about them. You can probably do better.
