Where is the best place or where did you guys get your mobile phone plan?
Any recommendations, are there stores that cater for foreigners?

Are you kidding?
There are mobile phone stores on every block. They are all the same.
You can head to Yongsan for a prepaid used phone or any local retail outlet for a new one. |
