Hey,

Im from the UK and I was wondering if i needed University transcripts for the E2 Visa?

Also if I have had my CRC signed by them I dont have to get it signed again by a notary in my area?

Thanks any help about the visa process would be great! I know there are threads on here but it mainly covers th US.

My Public School required 2 SEALED uni transcripts, I don't know if it's a immigration thing or a school thing, but you need them for a public school job at the very least.

Regarding the CRC, who is 'them'? If them is Disclosure Scotland, then just get it apostilled in Milton Keynes. If not, you need a solicitor to certify that it's a genuine document (what Americans call Notaries are just our solicitors) before taking it for the apostille.

Of all the other documents that are currently required, transcripts are usually the cheapest. Just get sealed three copies in case someone asks. It's better to have and not need than to be asked and not have.
