I hope it's ok to advertise a party here..

Trance Party

Bonadea is located off of Sung-Leung Station exit #1. Walk straight after exiting subway > Hang a right at the next street (alley) going up > Hang a Left at the next intersection > Keep walking and hang a right at the street just before the Family Mart. (So if your at the Family Mart, you went to far. Just go back a few steps and go into the street before Family Mart. You should see a sign for Bonadea. It's in the Basement.

I freqent this bar and know the owner so I asked him if he would try a change of pace by playing some trance music on the weekend. They liked the music and said that they would give it a shot. Music will be streamed from trance.fm So if anyone is a fan of trance music, this would be a pretty nice deal. They have a full bar, including Hite and Hoegaarden on tap as well as western style bar seats for those just coming alone to chill.

More information about the bar and directions..

I can't believe this scene even exists in Korea given the rarity of drugs. Shocked

What night? What time? What's available at the open bar, and for how long does the all-you-can-swig last?

@rumdiary: There are a good number of people that are into trance. Armin Van Buuren has been to Korea a number of times. There are also clubs like M2 that have trance events. The event this saturday is just a casual bar setting. I think the bartendar said he would move some of the tables to make a dance floor.

@issodelicious: Time is March 19 starting at 8pm to 4am. They have hard liquor, beer, shot specials like Irish car bombs, some other kinda bombs, but no wine. The all you can drink special should go on all night, but I will double check this.

Thanks, Marcus. Definitely let me/us know... very interested in this! Specifically interested in WHAT is included in the open bar special- draft beer, liquor, both, etc (I'm expecting draft beer... otherwise it's too good to be true and I won't trust it!), and how long it goes for.

Oh it's not open bar. The All you can drink deal is beer only. I thought you just wanted to know what kind of drinks they had. Whew..glad I caught that in time..hehe

Yes, draft beer. And the All you can drink special will go on all night. Even if you come in at 2am, just confirmed.

I said the same thing back in 1999

in the past 10 years the scene hasn't changed at all.
the people still just stand around and stare at the Dj with their mobile phones and make peace signs.
Booze party with trance music..
