Any one in or near Hwaseong city?

I'm new here and completely lost and desperately looking for some friends.

I'm a little confused about where Hwaseong actually begins. According to google maps the centre is quite far from Suwon but a lot of my students come from Hwaseong. I'm right in the southern end of Suwon, not that far from Dongtan. Does that count as part of Hwaseong?

Sorry for the late replies.

I am in Jang-an. Other than that I can't tell you. I'm still trying to figure out my address. My Co-Teachers are super nice , but not very informative.

I'm trying to figure out how to get to a bigger part of the city.

Look, I'm going to level with you guys. I've been here 5 days and I'm super sensitive to salt. And well, apparently Korean people really really like salt.

So my stomach is hurting a bit ( I get gastritis occasionally ) and I'm looking for some Tums, or any other antacid that is Calcium carbonate. I can't really take any other type.

The pharmacy here has only Aluminum hydroxide and Magnesium hydroxide which work, but give me other problems.

I'm confused. Do you want to meet foreigners to hang out with or find a pharmacy to treat your stomach problem?

Just go to the doctor. He/ she will be bound to speak some English.

Or get on a bus. I'm sure at least one bus will goto Suwon.

By the way I am in Hwaseong as well

Option #1 - Wait for Picard and Data.

Option #2 - Hang out with Creeper.

Option #3 - Beam me up!

Haha, jk, much love.

We have a bus terminal but it's completely in Hangul, which I just started learning today.

I would like to hang out with a foreigner and find an American market/pharmacy and possibly a organic market. When I was in Vietnam every foreign market had tums, so I'm hoping it is the same here.

I've already found the local pharmacy here, but they didn't have what I needed.

Riker, just curious. In an earlier post (Feb) you mentioned you were going to Busan and had a contract. Now you're in Hwaseong. Did you use the same recruiter as the one who told you about the job you supposedly had in Busan?

Thoroughly disappointed by your lack of recognizing my sweet and hilariously relevant Riker quote.
