That can be hard to find in Korea except for the buffet restaurants and Pizza Hut.

I think that the best salad is at Res2go Terriyaki.

The salad bar at Pizza Hut is okay if your idea of salad is lettuce, vegetables, salad dressing and a few other supplemental things. Other than Pizza Hut, I can recommend the buffet at Ashley's in some Homeplus stores and some Newcore Outlets. I have eaten at Ashley's buffet many times and have enjoyed it each time. The food is like California fare, with vegetables, salmon, chicken, and other things you would enjoy like: cheese cake, ice cream, tea, bread, and more. Try it one time. It costs less than 15,000 won for the full buffet. Don't order anything else.

I'll vouch for Ashley's as well. And although it has been a while since I've visited, I remember liking the VIPS buffet salad selection. Only bad thing is the price; I'd recommend going only when you can get the lunch rate, and even then it might not be worth it if there is an Ashley's in the area.
