Nothing fishy at all, just someone struggling to figure out what's going on, what to do, and not really sure how to explain it all. If I were in his/her shoes I'm sure my story would sound a bit confused as well.
OP, good on you for going to the MOL, stick to your guns, it takes time.
Don't worry about some of the comments on here, they have no clue what you are going through.
Best of luck, I hope it turns out in your favor. |

| I think that between your recorded conversation with the boss where he fired you on the spot and stated his reasons, and the fact that your boss directly admitted this to the labor board rep over the phone, you should have no problem with proof that you were fired without justification. |

Yeah. The more I read through the transcripts of the recorded conversations I had with him the more useful evidence I find. I'm glad I recorded the conversations. |

sadly this is getting more common (11th month firing),
was talking to someone who the school (7s English Bundang) tried to screw him out of his severance - WITHOUT firing him - just went out and told him they're not going to pay him his severance using some b.s. excuses
(basically one of the director was pissed at him)
suffice to say, he went out and got a lawyer
so perhaps that's one way to go about doing this - get a lawyer that specializes in these matters |
