Avalon reimburses the airfare. I believe they will pay you up to 1,200,000 Won.

I'm not sure. I almost took a job with them before, and the contract stated what I told you. You may be able to negotiate though...?

I work for them and the answer is no, they won't pay up front. I don't think anyone does that. Depending on the branch you go to, they'll reimburse you.

Some of them do. The school I work for has fronted my airfare twice. It may just depend on the branch.

From personal experiencing work there and from my old coworkers there, expect to be paid 1-2 months after they tell you they will, which will be about a month after you go home.

So it will probably be 2-3 months after you go home that you get your money. also, a good chance that they will make a mistake and screw up the process and take another month to sort it out.

Same goes for your flight ticket to Korea, your first months pay, and severance pay.

Not all branches are the same. I had flights paid for (twice) and my severance and pay was in my hand before I left for home.

This. All branches are slightly different. I've been told I'll only be given up to 700,000W for my ticket.
