| "I apologize" is not meaningless here, especially if you have a savvy supervisor/director/hagweon owner. Said savvy person will get you to sign a letter and tell you it's the way it's done here. Referring to my previous advice regarding such things: SIGN NOTHING! If you apologize in writing, you've just agreed to go away quietly either immediately or at their whim, not yours. |

Agreed - don't write it down or sign anything. But if it's just a "say your sorry," then do it. I've never been asked to write out an apology - only to say it. Saying it is easy and meaningless. |
