I really want to start up a band, but I don't know how anyone could have a practice space (with drums and the works). Everyone lives in a small studio style apartment, so I'm not sure how anyone practices around here.

P.S. i live in Jinju

they have practice studios around seoul, so there might be some in jinju. go to a local gig and ask the musicians there.

A lot of music hagwons have sound-proofed practice spaces too.
