Im not sure if this is the right place for this post

But im trying to get rid of my place right now ASAP and i
thought i would give it a try here.

Large One room in Gyeongju, Very close to Gyeongju university and downtown.
Has a large shoe closet and built in closet for lots of storage and AC.
Has a Large loft. TV and internet can also me connected upstairs as well as downstairs.
There are many wall plugs on the first and second floor.
Loft is large enough to stand up in. You can fit a desk, Tv, Bed, etc upstairs.

Has a separate kitchen area with FULL size refrigerator, stove, sink and WASHER.
This room is on the top floor so no one will be above you.

There is a billiard on the second floor to hangout in. It has 2 large supermarkets right next door, a dry cleaners on the first floor of
the building and a fitness center right next door. the bus stops are also right in front
of the building. Every thing you need is in a 1 block radios.

how much are you asking per month?? and for how many months?

The rent is 345,000 a month plus a 30,000 utilities cost which includes Internet, cable, and water. So it ends up being 375,000 a month. BUT it must be paid in full (4.5 mil) with a (1.0 mil) deposit that you will get back after your 12 month contract is up (ending on 3/1/12)
