Where's the case against these guys? The absence of a case surely means that Texas is BIFURCATING along borders ESTABLISHED in 1845. THE SAME STAR IS ON THEIR FLAG FROM THAT YEAR. This is the end!!!! Pick up your pitchforks! BUY GOLD WHILE YOU'RE AT IT!

REMEMBER HOW STUPID THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT WAS?

Holder's comments were completely justified. When white people go through three hundred years of systemic brualization, forcible repatriation, change their language, religion, and surnames, then they can get a pass for using parochial terms such as "my people". Black identity underwent an attempt of total obliteration for three centuries that didn't' get rolled back until the Civil Rights Act. And no, one generation is not enough. Sorry.

Holder can fall back on 'his people.' What he can't fall back on is his own mediocrity and servility. Racism trolling helps him politically.

He's a black appointee by a black president, formerly a lifelong unelected bureaucrat originally appointed by Ronald Reagan.

Please, flesh out the "trolling" a bit. What will it help him with? Running for what office after he's out? If this guy wanted to run for something he would have done so a long time ago. He's in the implementation side, not the legislation. He has absolutely nothing to gain to fake his belief in "his people".

What is he trolling for then, money? Is he planning on a Tyler Perry tour? Meet the Holders? Is he angling for a guest spot on The Game? Where in God's name do you see him ending up after this by using the "my people" term?

Maybe, God forbid, he actually believes what he says.

So the abuse of black leaders has to first match that of past white leaders before they're open to criticism?

I never said that.

Uh...

From the stories in your link:

Fox largely ignores the DoJ is looking into allegations that Texas Tea Party group members engaged in voter intimidation - This story reports that this incident is actively being investigated; all investigations into the Black Panther incident were ordered to cease.

Fox airs no reports on fliers from phony Texas group that were intended to trick Democratic voters - It's unclear whether or not this incident is being investigated, though the news article it links to suggests it is.

Fox airs no reports on Republican activists in Texas allegedly harassing elderly black voters at their homes - As above, it appears this incident is being investigated.

Fox did not report on allegations that GOP candidate Kirk planned "voter integrity" squads for African-American neighborhoods - The article makes no mention of a complaint being filed, so it's unclear if this is being investigated.

So what was the point of you posting that link? Did you secretly switch sides in this exchange? All of the incidents listed above that the DoJ can pursue are being investigated while complaints of voter intimidation carried out by the Black Panthers were summarily dismissed.

None of them are currently being investigated!!!! I found no evidence of such, ergo it's a white conspiracy.
