I'm trying to find out why the status of a package I mailed a month ago hasn't been updated since that time. I am filling out a form on the postal service site, but I keep getting this message.

I really need to get this sent off, but I don't know if the problem is with using punctuation or what the deal is.
I can't copy and paste into Google nor can I retype on my keyboard here at home. Please assist. Thank you! ^^

Do you know how to do a screen shot? If not, you could try taking a photo with a camera and saving that. It's basically impossible to help you if we can't see the message!

Thanks!

PS To do a screen shot:

1) call up the image in question
2) hit the control, alt and print screen buttons simultaneously
3) open MS Paint
4) use the file menu to "paste" (or hit control+v)
5) save to your desktop

Since Dave's no longer does photo hosting, you'll then want to go to a free photo hosting site (such as photobucket.com) to create a free account and upload your photo. You can then paste the corresponding url on the thread you created on Dave's.

It says that the tracking number must start with the letter E. If yours doesnt start with E you're probably entering it in the wrong place.

1.5 years.

I can't read Korean. I tried a couple times but I got bored after about 5 minutes and decided to look up pictures of cats instead.
