Seems like china..
i think the fact that his buddy was apologising to the chinese dude at the end kinda hints that the guy that got kicked did somethin pretty bad.
not that it justifies being kicked in the face...although it didnt look as though it even connected properly. |

| If some random guy kept touching my face, I'd headbutt him at the very least. Jeez, I don't understand the posters here who wouldn't put a douchebag like that foreigner in his place. If I was on that metro I would have gone over and kicked the dumb shit myself. Man the hell up, people. |

OP's link is a Korean website Mgoon.com,
which plays the video ripped from a Chinese website 56.com,
whilst the dudes exchanging words in the video are talking in Japanese,
and the banner in the background vaguely looks Japanese. |

It's in China. The title of the video is loosely translated into, "Drunken foreigner is kicked by Chinese teen". The title should have been named to "Drunken foreigner, hidden foot".
In all seriousness, if some inebriated idiot drinking an alcoholic beverage on a subway is touching my FACE while jeering and continuing their childish behavior, they're getting a beatdown. I like how the video was conveniently edited to only show the Chinese man kick him in the face while completely leaving out the premise of the conflict. "Oh, poor foreigners are being kicked in the face everywhere!" |

Yeah, that Chinese guy got pretty lucky. If some guy kicks me in the chops, it's on. Granted, that foreign guy was acting like an idiot, but kicking someone in the face and and you being outnumbered 3 to 1, hmm. If it hadn't been in China or wherever, I doubt that guy would have cajones to do that. How the heck can you walk away after being kicked in the face? I guess we'll never know |

And societies should be less tolerant of alcohol drinking in general.
You may call western countries draconic about alcohol laws, but maybe there's a reason why?

The point is people should be able to drink on subways AND not have violence break out. Best of both worlds.
Chinese subway? Looks kinda uncrowded.... |

I'd gather the dude did have it coming. You could see they were messing with the guy, touching him even a seat away, and talking trash. |
Yep.
