Just to clarify, degrees must be notarized, THEN sent to be apostilled?
And what state must you send the copy of the degree for the apostille? The state in which you live or the state in which you were born? Or does it not matter?
Just want to make sure I do this right. |

Call your state and ask them their apostille procedures.
States apostille their own notaries' stamps, so whichever state you notarize the copy, you must apostille.
