So I'm preparing for GREs and have decided I don't have time to become some amazing arithmetic machine. Calculating the circumference of the earth in your head gets old real quick.
I *really* want a TI-86, used. Cheap. With a fully functioning screen. The one I used back home is still back home, and has 4-5 dead lines on screen where were getting irritating. I'm very comfortable with its layout.
Lacking that, a TI-89 would be acceptable (and obviously cost more). The 83s don't have all the buttons I would like, even the silvers/pluses. That being said, an amazing deal on the newest 83-silver whatever would work as well but only after I lose all hope of getting an 86/89.
Please email me at the boring him berg at glen mail pot commando. Posting here, or PMing is fine. Send up smoke flares, though I can't promise I'll see them. Price wise, make me an offer and I'll counter, accept or say no depending on how reasonable it is.

A calculator has been found.
Anyone else looking for something with basic scientific function, check out the Casio 350ex. The cost is 15k won, does everything I need (which is just about everything).
Also has a dot-matrix screen, rather than the common limited number-type. Pretty good deal.
Check out the electronics store in Jamsil Station, across from the book store. |
