Hi everyone,

I'd like to sell a mint condition iPad 3G 32Gig bought in North America last summer. It comes with the genuine Apple case + original charger (works great in Korea). The battery life is as phenomenal as ever.

I'd like to have a Macbook Air instead, since lately I'm creating more and consuming less (iPad is better for consumption).

If you have a Macbook Air, and would like to trade, please let me know the specs, and how much cash you would like in addition to the iPad 3G 32Gig.

I live a couple of hours south of Seoul, so weekends are best for the swap.

You might have better luck by separating this into two deals -- one to sell the 32GB iPad and the other to buy a MacBook Air.

I suggest this because finding someone who has what you want -- and also wants what you have -- may be more difficult.

If you find a buyer for your iPad, I'd sell my MacBook Air. I almost never take it from my desk and always use a larger monitor, so the main reasons for having it (it is great for moving around) are gone. A desktop would make more sense for me. I have two older Mac minis, and found them ideal for work at home.

If you are interested, the MacBook Air has an 13.3" screen, 80GB hard drive, 1.6 GHz Intel Core Duo, 2 GB of 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM, and a 4 GB L2 Cache. It has the latest Operating System (Snow Leopard), and I will include the Snow Leopard DVD (family pack -- so four other computers can have this installed).

The computer would also have fresh installs of iLife and iWork, both the 2009 versions -- these include iPhoto, iMovie, GarageBand, iDVD, iWeb, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. The cost for the latest versions is around 200,000 won. Since these are from family packs and I use them on other computers, I can't include the disks, however. (I will reinstall if you have a problem).

I also have four accessories, I would be willing to include as options: (1) a 19" widescreen monitor, (2) an 80 GB backup drive uses Time Machine for automatic backup, (3) a wireless mouse, and (4) a wireless keyboard.

I'd want 1.1 million won for everything -- less if you want less.

The price for everything new was around 2.2-2.5 million, if I recall.

Let me know if you sell the iPad and want to buy this gently used MacBookAir.
