Almost everything on the menu at Beer Hunter. The use whipped cream in place of sour cream on Nachos.

hot dogs, fruit coctail, shrimp still in the shell and mayonaise on pizza.

I have not seen this around in awhile, but I used to see Koreans in Hongdae licking instant coffee before they downed tequila shots.

There was something a few years back when the poster 'mindmetoo' was frequently on here and he took a photo of a place in Myeongdong that served spaghetti in a waffle cone.

How about Korean "western style" breakfasts that come with runny scrambled eggs, white toast, and a hot dog?

I went for Indian today. The meal itself was tasty, but for pre-starters, the woman brought out a salad. Lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and sweet blueberry dressing.

Apparently the Koreans running the joint thought that blueberry dressing was
a) Indian and
b) good

Blech!

I shall make a new kimchi marinated for a week in a concoction of mayonnaise, whipped cream, crushed sugar cubes, pickle chunks and a dash of instant coffee.

I can already see it now, in big lettering; 새로운 테이스트 샌세이쎤!! Cool

I sh!t you not. I wouldn't be surprised if the tequila set at GoGo's still comes with packets of Maxim coffee.

Mr Pizza has some of the most bizarre combos ever. I tried one pizza and it had a sweet biscuit crust with blackberry jam. Take a look on their website and you can see what I mean.

I too have been given granuals of instant coffee with tequila before. It was definitely in hongdae.

The mixing of an entire plate of minced onion and mustard at costco still baffles me. I have tried it and didn't hate it but in a very small portion sizing.

It was pointed out to me years ago that Koreans experience onion intoxication. Massive amounts of raw onions produce a peyote-like high. The mustard makes the buzz last longer.
