| I wonder if it would be possible to get your own personal keg and make a mini tap in your apartment. If anyone can do this or is interested in a "one room sized" fridge to do this, let me know. I might have one for sale. |

Not sure where you are in Gangwon-do but they do have it on tap at Kim's bar in Gangneung's Gyodong Taekji neighbourhood. 7000 won for about 500 mls.
