I want out of my school asap. I have served four months of my one year sentence and am willing to wait another two months so I don't have to pay back my plane ticket.
here is the thing Can I apply for other jobs while still in my contract? I have an E-2 visa is that problem too?
Will the jobs I apply for findo ut i am still in a contract?
and help much apprieciated |

It's a problem. Without a letter of release, you can't work for anyone else under your current visa expires.

They would find out when they applied for your new E2 visa, as it would be denied. |

OK I tried doing what you want to do before and its almost impossible. Recruiters don't want to deal with someone unless you've already told your boss you're going to quit and he's OK with giving you a release letter. Basically just stick it out a bit and then quit before bothering spending much time looking for another job. |
