I am going to be in Siheung this May. Wondering if there are foreigners in that area. Also looking for musicians into punk/harcore/thrash/grind.
I want to remain musically active while overseas |

There are many foreign teachers in Siheung. There are foreign teachers everywhere in Korea. Where will you be in Siheung? Do you know? There are some big cities in Korea and you may have to tell everyone where you will be to meet others. You will be on the #4 subway line. That means you will be able to travel to Seoul quite easily.
