Does anyone know of any churches in the Seoul-Seongnam-Yongin-Suwon area celebrating an Easter Vigil in English? |

I would also be interested to know if this exists. |

Try the Seoul International Baptist Church. Althought the name contains the word "baptist", it's actually more of a non-denominational church. |

I'm not sure what is meant by "Easter Vigil Service" because I wasn't raised very religious, but I am a member of Seoul International Baptist and there will be a Good Friday service at 7:30 p.m on the 22nd. |

No, Easter Vigil is different from Good Friday -- it's a service on the Saturday of Easter weekend. Usually only more liturgical traditions celebrate it, mostly Catholic, Orthodox, Anglican, or Lutheran churches.
