By and large it is not as spicy as other countries cuisine.

+1 this. if you want spicy food it gets no hotter than food from india and thailand. in fact india is home to the hottest pepper known to man, the bhut jolokia, aka, the ghost pepper.

korea is TAME compared to those countries.

I think it would be easiest to introduce new desserts. While I'm sure some main dishes would be popular too, it's more of a hit and miss, and it's very hard to predict.

Trust me, I rejected everything except the beautiful weather, nature, and cuisine.

I thought the office staff would like pecan sandies and peanut butter cups, but they weren't so crazy about them.

I brought some Nutter Butters in to my hogwan 8 years ago and all of the staff grabbed one. Later when the cleaning lady was emptying out the trash cans, I noticed a bunch of Nutter Butters with one bite taken out of them. From that time, I've never brought another treat in, for the staff or for the students.

I think northway is aware of that. He is making a valid point. There are spicier foods, but those food have depth of flavor. Basically, Korea has the spiciest boring food.

Thank you.

Korea's spicy food is so bland that it's not worth the burn.

You would think that the Koreans would like salmon, but they prefer to eat less healthy and more polluted fish like tuna and mackeral instead. Their diet is seafood heavy but they shirk arguably one of the healthiest known fish. It makes no sense like so many other things about Korea.

I did but they really aren't my slice of pecan pie, although at the time I worked with what I had.

If you are curious about southern belles I'll be glad to send you some pics...NON-RISQUE, through PM.

Check salmon prices compared to mackeral/tuna prices and you will understand.
