Is this a viable option for someone that wants to work in a diff country and teach at a University?
I would love to make a career out of ESL as a full time Uni professor.
I have a degree in business (09) So from my little research it appears I need to go get my MA preferably in Education and ESL.
Im not looking to get rich doing this, it would just be really fulfilling and fun.
Any advice on this would be much appreciated.
** Not talking about just in Korea
As of right now im planning on teaching in Korea starting in August for 2 yrs. Save money and come back to the states and get all my qualifications needed for this. |

You could do it, but job stability might be an issue. Most of the uni teachers I know sign either one year or two year contracts. Many unis have caps on the time you can work there as well. |

That would be a slight problem. But I guess if you know they wont re-hire you or extend your contract you could easily find a stop gap position for a yr if you are unable to land another uni gig before the hiring period. |

YOu could easily find a uni gig as well. It might not be a good one, but with uni experience and an MA, you should be able to find one. |
