Just had to post this... it's great!
E-mail from a recruiter today:
"Dear hakwonner,
Nice to get your reply.I know you have a TEFL certificate and 2 years experience,it is very nice.There are many foreign teachers,some also have TEFL and experience just like you,but all the foreign teachers the salary is the same,our school cheat each teacher equally"
