Hello, I moved into a new apartment in Seocho last month and yesterday my water heater stopped working. It's a Rinnai tankless heater I think it's a RBMC-12 model or at least that's what the thermostat says.

There's a small flashing red light on the thermostat next to the word "연소" which I think translates to "spreading flames" but as my apartment hasn't burned down, there must another meaning. I'm not sure how to fix it. Any ideas?

I'm sure my system is completely different from yours, but when my thermostat has a flashing light on it and there's no hot water, that means it's out of oil. Mine is the ridiculously old oil drum system, though.
There may be something you need to fill up somewhere.

Good luck!
