The NLK has digitized volumes, but I can't find out how to search for them specifically. Has anyone else had luck finding and downloading them to an eReader? I also can't find out how much a library card costs, or how to get one. The website says:
Admission is allowed for persons aged 16 or older.
Registration of user:
Registration by Internet application for registration card issuance of card use of library -- exit
Not very helpful, and nothing is clickable, but it's all laughable. |

Their 'Digital Library' simply means there are some digitized materials and computer database of this and that, not that they will allow copyrighted materials downloaded to anyone for free over the internet, which can be potentially replicated and pirated further infinitely.
You're required to go to the library in person and access the material from the computer terminals inside the building. |
