Korean students are very passive. Lots of times they just sit there like zombies. I find the Peer Dictation activities from "Tell Me More". work really well. Most of them have traditional pictures of Korean custom. The idea is you paste the paper at the front of the classroom students compete in teams to copy it. It can get very competative and noisy its a
great activity.
