What is Kimmi exactly? What documents do they need from me? My current E-2 visa expires in November 2011. So I am here under the old system.

Please make into sticky. I think there are lots of people, like myself, don't know what this is. Confused

It is a nickname for Korean Immigration.

They'll likely need a criminal background check from you, a university transcript in a sealed envelope with a signature across the fold and a notarized copy of your degree (or the original if you're willing to part with it).
