To be fair, it wouldn't be the first time a hagwon manager doesn't know what he's doing. How many times have we heard teachers get written up for dumb stuff like leaning on the lecturn in class, or for speaking a single word of Korean in class, or for being accused "by the mothers" of doing something in class "they" didn't like (that the teacher didn't do), or some other bogus idiocy?

Without more info, there's no way to know if the teacher or the manager (or both) is incompetent. But judging by the fact that the OP hasn't been exactly forthcoming about his infractions, I'm leaning towards him.

He did 4 things that his boss felt were worthy of being written up -- without being told WHAT those things were, we are left to fill in the blanks...but honestly? The baseless accusations often levelled at teachers? Yeah, those never make it to paper -- hence, though one may get many complaints about nebulous stuff like being boring, or "some of the mothers said" stuff, one doesn't get "written up" for those things...so these problems were bad enough to even look bad on paper....
