I'm leaving Korea soon and I heard that when we hand in our alien card at Incheon we have the choice of getting our pension then or having it transfered to us a month later. Does anyone know if this is the case?

Also, where do we hand in our card? Is it before we get on the flight when we get our passport stamped that we are exiting korea? Or is there a special area in the airport where we must go to do this?

Thank you in advanced!

Regarding pension, that is not the case. You apply for the pension refund BEFORE you go to the airport.

You are correct about where you turn in your ARC. You turn it in at the desk where they check your passport when are entering the boarding gate area.
