| Hi, I am confused? I was told by my recruiter just my co teacher or handler could? But they are confused as well. Do I just need the school stamp? Directors, principals? Any help appreciated as I plan to just transfer schools and my school has given me a good reference and willing to give me this release letter. |

Anyone can sign it but it needs the school's stamp to be "official".
