|
|
I has a small scar on face above the eyebrow after getting run over by a taxi.
Doc says it's not going away by itself.
How much is it? Any recommendations? Is it exp? Do they have payment plans? Will the public health insurance help cover costs. |

I really want to know about this too. I went to one place in Apkujeong and was quoted a million won.
Six years ago in Canada I looked into it and got quotes between $200-500, though with less advanced methods and uncertain results.
The scar is less than an inch long, but fairly wide and deep. |

Where are you located? I know a good dermatologist that has a clinic in Bundang that you might want to check out. He's really nice and speaks good English. |

Laser treatments are usually 50,000 won and up per session. As far as I know one treatment will not produce results. And the healing time is a week or more. In the mean time your going to be going about town and working with a big nasty scabby thing above your eyebrow. |

Why isn't the taxi driver paying for it? |

I have settlement money(not a ton), but spent it moving into a new place and some equipment.
Hence, why I'm not looking to break the bank. |

This is more like what I expected. Do you know a good place that charges 50-100k/session? The place in Apkujeong was 200k/session and expected it to take five sessions. That's too much, I'd pay up to 500k (total) for a place that was recommended though.
I think they can do a treatment once a week so you get about a month of gross scab. I will do it in June/July when I'm not working. |
