My God, it is YET ANOTHER brawl in an American restaurant. This time a 120 pound girl tested her skills against the "strong arm" of the law. Guess who came out on top Cool
I for one, believe you do what the officers say. She definitely crossed the line and was swiftly dealt with.
The morals of today's people are declining exponentially.

Indeed, jaywalking abounds.

I'm not sure the morals are different so much as we have cell phone video to capture all the idiocy.

I'm just teasing, relax.

In any case, I'm pretty sure people have been decrying the declining morals of society since the beginning of time, but at the end of the day, we're human. There have always been idiots who tried to fight cops, this isn't a new phenomenon. Just now we're lucky enough to get to watch the idiots get tazed on camera.

I don't know...I think things were a lot more tame in the 90's. I never remember it being this bad (and no, I'm not talking about J-walking) Smile

Again, I really think we see it a lot more just by virtue of the fact that we actually see all this stuff. Whereas before there might have been a police report for some drunk idiot throwing around their pancakes in an Ihop, now we have video of that drunk idiot throwing said pancakes and getting tackled and/or tased. The former isn't particularly newsworthy, the latter gets 4,000,000 hits on youtube.

...what a joke of an arrest scene...a cop behaving poorly and got caught on tape.
We don't see what happened before, or what they were trying to do to the first person, but he sure did drop that task when he got the chance to slap the girl then punch her in the face no less...nice work moron.
The rest was even more comical...the panty show while throwing the cuffs on her...sex and violence...all in one youtube video.

Police are allowed to use reasonable force. Punching her in the face wasn't reasonable. Resisting arrest is pretty stupid, but the police do not have the right to use undue violence when subduing a 120lbs woman.

a different angle of that same fight, this time including a storm trooper. very random, and you dont even notice it at all in the first video.

Things were worse in the 1990's and many other decades before that.

Don't people always think their era growing up was 'better' than now?
