This. I've met people who thought they were raking in the big coins, until they realized how much they were losing out on in the total package. It's common for CDI workers to pump there chests for the first 1, 2,... 9 months. Then, they move on to jobs with much more time off and an equally or better pay package in their second year. I've seen this happen over and over, time and time again.

Dont forget - you still have to pay to fly yourself over there and complete their training. If you dont pass you will be flying yourself home 5 days later...

I would never take a 2nd interview for any job in Korea save a really awesome uni gig with less than 15 hours a week for 2.5+, 5 months vacation, etc.

I've heard of people doing nothing wrong and still not passing the training. Most just stay on a tourist visa and find a job at a real, reputable company that doesn't cheat their employees like a Three Card Monte game.
