| I really liked Joan Rivers~ A Piece of Work. It's a funny and penetrating look at Joan Rivers. I found it to be very interesting. |

One columnist had that on his list of The Ten Best Movies of 2010 that nobody(or almost nobody) saw. I've been meaning to see it. |

Some good choices so far...
How about "American Movie"? Classic doc about a guy in Wisconsin trying to make low budget horror movies despite his life being a wreck.

I also found "New York Doll" to be interesting...

Finally, someone put this great documentary on You Tube. A very entertaining watch, ex-L.A. cop, Michael Ruppert gives his arguments for the coming decline of civilizations reliant on oil (which is alomst everybody).
Brilliant messenger or complete crackpot, you decide.

Thank you so much for this. I don't agree with everything he says but he does make some good points.

Good call! Best full-length concert ever filmed (imho) by Scorsese no less.
The Band played backup for years behind Ronnie Hawkins in a cruddy little club in London Ontario just before I was of age to go in. Damn! Then Dylan stole them, to his credit, then they hit out on their own, much to theirs. Genius band.
This film brings together many of my musical heroes sounding fine.

A great concert. I read it cost Neil Young US $10, 000 to have the white coke clogged up in his nose removed from the film. |

Watched and interesting documentary on Andrew McAuley, an Australian kayaker who disappeared trying to cross the Tasman Sea from Australia to New Zealand. Rescuers located some of his video footage they found on a memory stick in his boat.
