Just looking for some advice where our kids can have some fun on Children's day. (Festival, Theme Parks?) Thanks,

Most child-friendly places are going to be straight-up madhouses of kids and parents packed tighter than sardines. If you want a 'child-friendly' theme, better off using the weekend to do it and think about something non-kid related, but something they might still enjoy...
