Does anyone know the bus number that runs from Moran station to Gwacheon station and roughly the time it stops running?

None from Moran, but there is one from Yatap (exit 4) - no. 9006.
The last run departs Docho-dong at 23:00, therefore expect it to pass Yatap around 23:15~23:20.
Apprx. one hour ride to Gwacheon Station. |
