OK, fight fans, Pac-man and Sugar Shane Mosley will "fight (not sure this is the right word given the latter's last two pathetic attempts)" in Vegas Sunday morning KST. The coverage is supposed to begin 11 a.m. KST but I'm thinking the big "fight" will come closer to 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. KST.
A few sites are offering the fight online for $54.99 -- www.toprank.tv, www.sports.SHO.com, www.cbs.com and www.sports.yahoo.com -- but I assume most of you who want to see the fight won't pay that.
I'm already looking forward to Pac-man's proposed bout against Juan Manuel Marquez in the fall. |

I want to see Manny fight Adam "Pacman" Jones for no other reason than the marque (Pacman vs. Pac-man) and the fact that Pacman would do something crazy light be found the night before in a Vegas Strip Club half OD'd on blow. |

Nice, it's always good to see boxing getting some rep anywhere these days. I've been a big Sugar Shane fan for years, so I'll be watching. Any predictions? I'd guess Vegas has Mosley as a favorite given that Pacquiao's interests seem to elsewhere recently, but Yaya's spot on regarding their last bouts. |

Pacman is a huge favourite for this. Mosley looked awful last time out against Mora. I can't see him winning this one. A lot f people are critical of this match-up but I think Mosley deserves one more shot to prove if he still has it or not.
I'll be downloading a torrent a few hours after the fight. |

Mosley has never failed to go the distance but he's clearly overmatched here. He might get in a few hits like he did against Mayweather but this fight never should have been scheduled.
I'm at least glad that Pac-man will fight Marquez in the fall, though at what weight they will fight will prove interesting. I hear Marquez is best at 135 pounds but Pac-man wants a catchweight of 140-145 pounds. |

If they fight it would have to be at 140. Pac can make that weight easily and Marquez is no welterweight.
I still doubt it happens. Golden Boy want to make Marquez vs Canelo |

Disappointing fight from the little I got to watch on the Web. Mosley couldn't keep up with Pac-man so again, why they had this fight is simply beyond me. Mosley got knocked down for just the third time in his career and spent most of the match running from Pac-man.
At least Pac-man's next fight in November will be against a decent contender in Juan Manuel Marquez. |
