| Anyone have any information on Wolgot area in Shihung? I haven't been able to find much, a few pictures here and there. Just wondering what the general area is like! |

| Can you visit the area? You may want to look around and see if it's for you. Siheung is on the #4 subway line. |

I have been there a number of times. My favorite sashimi restaurant is there, amazing food.
It's pretty isolated. There isn't very much in Wolgot except fish restaurants, villas ad apartments. It is right on the ocean though, if you like strolling along a promenade. There isn't a beach there for swimming though.
Transportation is a little tricky there. The closest station is Oido, but it's a bit of a hike to get there. Probably a 10-20 minute bus ride. |

| Just a "word of warning"- some parts of Gyeonggi-do that appear to be close to Seoul on a map are inconveniently located for travel to Seoul. |
