Han River Park, 63 building, Cherry blossoms, fireworks, all in a short distance from this apartment.
I have an apt available from now until August this year,2011. It has everything you need: washing machine, tv, a/c, bed.
It is located near Daebang Station line 1. Daebang is 2 stops south of Yongsan Station. The location is great, lines 5,4,1,9 are only a couple stops away.
Rent will be 600+ the 50k maintenance fee and utilities.
Deposit will only be first and last months rent, to be returned upon departure.
